Abstract

Stemming from a series of conversations, held at his home in Bogotá in February 2016, we had occasion to discuss various subjects of his interest: we approached his critical view, his relationships with colleagues, architects and photographers, the relationship between architecture and photography, but especially the way he worked and how he understood photography as a tool to explore, describe and “ view in a critical manner” the world around him

A partir de una serie de conversaciones, realizadas en su casa en Bogotá en el mes de febrero de 2016, tuvimos ocasión de hablar de varios temas que le interesaban: nos aproximamos a su mirada crítica, a las relaciones con sus colegas, arquitectos y fotógrafos, a la relación entre arquitectura y fotografía, pero sobre todo a su forma de trabajo y a su manera de entender la fotografía como herramienta para conocer, describir y “mirar de forma crítica” el mundo que le rodea
