It is a quantitative study, which will be held in the months of September 2017 to September 2018. The participants who meet the inclusion criteria and decide to participate in the study, will be assigned to one of the three groups of treatments, according to the order of arrival. To obtain the necessary data, one month and three after injury, will be given a questionnaire adapted to be valued for its own investigator, blind to the treatment used. This questionnaire includes demographic variables, the questionnaire "De Bie" and the "Tool Cumberland Ankle Instability." The data obtained will be analyzed using the statistical package IBM-Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0. Also, use the Kruskal-Wallis test for continuous variables and X2 test for qualitative variables. To compare pre-post differences between the groups, apply the Wilcoxon test
