Conservació, restauració i rehabilitació Estudi de dues intervencions en el patrimoni gironí = Conservation, restoration and rehabilitation : Analysis of two interventions in Girona’s heritage Romero-Feliu, Elsa Al llarg del segle XX, a causa de la destrucció massiva i pèrdua de béns arquitectònics, s’han celebrat tot un seguit de congressos internacionals sobre el patrimoni i la seva conservació i restauració. En aquestes reunions es van elaborar un conjunt de documents coneguts com a Cartes de Restauració. Aquestes tenien com a objectiu donar les claus d’actuació en el patrimoni arquitectònic. El present article, se centra en una primera fase en analitzar-ne dues, la més antiga i la més recent; Atenes 1931 i Cracòvia 2000, per comprendre com actuar-hi i quins són els límits entre els conceptes de conservació, restauració i rehabilitació. En una segona fase s’analitzen dos casos d’estudi d’actuacions en el patrimoni gironí; Throughout the 20th century, due to the massive destruction and loss of architecture property, a series of international congresses on heritage and its conservation and restoration have been held. From the room to the city Philippe-López, Alexia El presente trabajo analiza la arquitectura pública que responde a la falta de accesibilidad habitacional en el marco geográfico de la ciudad de Barcelona. En los últimos años, el fomento y desarrollo de la promoción inmobiliaria sin fines de lucro ha dado lugar a ejemplos de notable interés arquitectónico que proponen fórmulas novedosas en el ámbito de gestión, participación y diseño de la vivienda. El estudio selecciona seis casos de estudio que corresponden a viviendas cooperativas y de protección oficial. Mediante el análisis transversal de los casos de estudio, se deducen sus procesos proyectuales y las relaciones entre las micro escalas y las macro escalas del habitar. In recent years, the promotion and development of non-profit real estate development has given rise to examples of notable architectural interest that propose novel formulas in the field of housing management, participation and design. Aquest article revisa l’evolució del rol dels espais verds de la ciutat de Girona, a partir d’un anàlisi que es categoritza en tipologies, classificació i estructura dels espais verds en els Plans Generals d’Ordenació Urbana del 1955, 1971 i 1987. El període d’anàlisi es caracteritza per concordar amb l’important creixement demogràfic que es va donar a la ciutat durant el franquisme i la primera democràcia. El marc teòric analitza el rol del verd a la planificació urbana a Espanya, reflexionant sobre les tendències que es donen prei post- democràcia. Vegem com el rol dels espais verds es va transformant des d’un concepte per a proporcionar identitat a la ciutat de Girona, amb la justificació de la seva necessitat pel benestar dels ciutadans, cap a un mètode per a generar una estructura a la planificació; The role of green in planning has been changuing, showing a symbolic relationship between planning and the concept of the environent. This article reviews the evolution of the role of green spaces in the city of Girona, based on an analysis which is categorized into typologies, classification and structure of green spaces in the General Urban Development Plans of 1955, 1971 and 1987. The period of the analysis is characterized by agreening with an important demographic growth that took place in the city during the regime and first democracy. The theoretical framework analyzes the role of green in urban planning in Spain, reflecting on before and after democracy trends. Let’s see how the role of green spaces is being transformed fom a concept to provide identity to the city of Girona, as a justification for the well-being of citizens, towards a method to generate a structure in urban planning
