L'impacte de viure en un context familiar de violència des de la perspectiva de les persones afectades Padillo Corbalan, Georgina Aquest estudi tracta d'analitzar quin és l'impacte de viure en un context familiar de maltractament des de la perspectiva de les persones que ho han viscut, en els diferents àmbits vitals. S'ha utilitzat una metodologia qualitativa, on un total de cinc participants han donat resposta a través d'una entrevista semiestructurada. S'ha fet una anàlisi temàtica amb els relats de les participants, fent categorització i desglossament de la informació obtinguda. Es destaca com a resultat que totes ha sofert maltractament psicològic i que la majoria ho han viscut acompanyat d'una altra tipologia de maltractament. El relat de totes les participants confirmen que viure aquestes situacions de violència ha provocat en elles molta inestabilitat en tots els àmbits de la seva vida: acadèmic, personal, relacional i desenvolupament emocional. Així el present estudi recull que totes les participants tenen algun diagnòstic clínic relacionat directament amb el maltractament. En conclusió, amb aquesta recollida de dades basada en l’experiència real, deixa veure un gran desemparament de l'infant en situació de maltractament dins del context familiar; This study aims to analyze the impact of living in a family context of abuse from the perspective of those who have experienced it, across different life domains. A qualitative methodology was used, with a total of five participants responding through a semi-structured interview. A thematic analysis was conducted on the participants' accounts, involving categorization and breakdown of the information obtained. The results highlight that all participants suffered psychological abuse and that most experienced it alongside another type of abuse. All participants' narratives confirm that living through these violent situations has caused them significant instability in all areas of their lives: academic, personal, relational, and emotional development. Thus, the present study indicates that all participants have some clinical diagnosis directly related to the abuse. In conclusion, this data collection based on real experiences reveals a significant neglect of the child in situations of abuse within the family context

La desprotecció del sistema de protecció: el maltractament institucional als infants i joves tutelats Torres Garcia, Joan Aquest article comprèn una investigació envers el sistema de protecció i la seva forma d’intervenir amb els infants i joves que viuen sota mesures protectores. L’estudi té l’objectiu d’esbrinar si el sistema de protecció garanteix una protecció real i integral dels infants que viuen en institucions residencials. És per això que, a part d’haver realitzat una aproximació teòrica al maltractament institucional que pateixen els infants tutelats, s’ha portat a terme una investigació qualitativa per tal d’aprofundir en aquesta violència que cada cop sotmet a més infants i joves arreu del territori. Arran de les entrevistes s’ha tractat diferents aspectes rellevants en aquesta problemàtica, així com necessitats que s’haurien de cobrir als centres residencials, les limitacions de l’educador social, la presència de maltractament institucional als centres residencials, etc. Una de les conclusions finals apel·la a la necessitat de destinar més recursos per tal de garantir un acompanyament adequat que respecti les necessitats i els drets d’aquests infants, així com la seva protecció; This article includes an investigation into the protection system and its way of intervening with children and young people living under protective measures. The study aims to find ouwhether the protection system guarantees real and comprehensive protection for children living in residential institutions. That is why, apart from having carried out a theoretical approach to the institutional mistreatment suffered by children under guardianship, qualitative research has been carried out in order to delve into this violence that increasingly subjects more and more children and young people throughout the territory. Anglès encara no té un local per tothom: la participació i la cohesió comunitària i els locals socials Bonadona Puigdemont, Pia Vivim amb la “pressa” posada al cos, i poques vegades parem per observar la importància que tenen les relacions socials, la comunitat i la participació desvinculada del capital. Aquest article presenta un diagnòstic sobre la participació i cohesió comunitària i els agents socials del poble d’Anglès. La recollida de dades s’ha fet a través d’un qüestionari respost per 302 persones. La informació extreta dels principals agents socials (tècnics membres de la Taula Comunitària i el teixit associatiu) s’ha recollit durant els grups de discussió. Els resultats d’aquesta investigació indiquen que la participació actual al municipi té relació amb la participació en el teixit associatiu i amb la dificultat de tenir a l’abast tota l’oferta d’activitats actual. Alhora, aquesta té un impacte directe amb la percepció sobre la cohesió social i el sentiment de segregació. S’evidencia la necessitat d’un local social com a espai on revertir aquestes mancances socials. Es conclou que hi ha una voluntat general d’establir mecanismes que fomentin la participació i es potenciï el sentiment de cohesió comunitària al municipi; We live with the “rush” in our bodies, and we rarely stop to observe the importance of social relations, community, and participation detached from capital. This article presents a diagnosis of community participation and cohesion and local social agents in Anglès. The data collection was carried out through a questionnaire answered by 302 people. The information from the main social agents (technical members of the Taula Comunitària and the associative collective) was collected during the discussion groups. The results indicate that the current participation in the village is related to the associative collective’s participation and to the access to all the current activities’ offer’s difficulty. At the same time, it has a direct impact on social cohesion’s perception and segregation’s feeling. The need for a social equipment to alleviate these social deficiencies is evident. It’s concluded that there’s a general will to establish mechanisms that encourage participation and enhance the feeling of community cohesion in the municipality

Impacte de l'educació sexoafectiva en persones joves que tenen discapacitat intel·lectual Tejada Marcillo, Núria L’educació sexoafectiva en persones joves que tenen discapacitat intel·lectual ha estat al llarg dels anys un tema tabú tot i ser un element intrínsec entre les persones. Aquest estudi pretén indagar sobre l’impacte que té la intervenció socioeducativa orientada a la sexoafectivitat d’aquest col·lectiu. Es porta a terme un estudi qualitatiu utilitzant dos grups de discussió configurats per persones joves que tenen discapacitat intel·lectual, i una entrevista a la professional referent del programa de sexoafectivitat d’una fundació de Catalunya. S’observen quines són les habilitats i els aprenentatges que s’adquireixen a partir del programa orientat a la sexualitat i a les relacions afectives, a més a més del reconeixement sobre quins elements ofereixen oportunitats i quins altres limiten al correcte desenvolupament sexoafectiu. Tot i l’evolució i els canvis que s’estan portant a terme, la necessitat de tenir espais segurs i projectes que tractin el tema continua persistint; The sexual affective education regarding young individuals with intellectual disabilities has been a taboo topic for many years even when it's a natural thing that we all experiment. The study tries to learn the impact of the social educative interventions about sexual and affective life of this collective. The study uses two discussion groups made of individuals with intellectual disabilities, paired with an interview with a professional in that matter, from a social foundation of Catalonia. And observes what abilities and skills they learn from the program, joined with the search for what elements give opportunity and which ones do limit the correct development of their sex affective skills. Even with the changes and the progress that’s being taken place, the need to improve this projects and safe spaces for them to learn persists
