Aquest projecte té, com a principal objectiu, trobar què mou als consumidors a l’hora de comprar oli d’oliva amb Denominació d’Origen. Es tracta d’un producte molt arrelat a la nostra terra, però que, moltes vegades, passa desapercebut. Estudiant el comportament del consumidor podem veure si les estratègies seguides per les empreses oleícoles estan donant una imatge i unes característiques del seu producte adequades. És molt important, per part de les empreses, saber què és allò que busca el client i adaptar el seu producte, al màxim, a les seves necessitats. Per a fer-ho s’ha d’estudiar i analitzar el seu comportament. Han de conèixer quins són els atributs més valorats pel conjunt dels clients, i llavors, buscar noves idees i adaptar les estratègies empresarials als resultats obtinguts.
Per tal de dur a terme aquest petit estudi s’ha dut a terme un anàlisi del sector oleícola, tant a nivell nacional com internacional, per tal de veure quines són les tendències que segueix el mercat. Posteriorment, a partir del mètode d’anàlisi del consumidor català i s’han obtingut i comentat els resultats, posant èmfasi en l’existència de diversos segments de clients (a partir dels atributs que més valoren). Finalment, s’exposen diferents millores de les estratègies empresarials a implantar, per tal que les empreses puguin aconseguir arribar al major nombre de consumidors possible. Tot això s’ha fet tenint en compte les limitacions d’aquest estudi, donades les característiques de les dades usades

L’essència d’aquest treball de és la viabilitat del sistema públic de pensions a Espanya, el qual es basa en la confiança intergeneracional. Preten fer prendre consciència que la pensió de jubilació no és quelcom diví o màgic, sinó que hi ha un aspecte fonamental al seu darrere que és la demografia. L’economia evidentment també juga un rol crucial, però és vox populi que és cíclica, essent les seves implicacions en el curt termini, mentre que la sostenibilitat de les pensions de jubilació és una qüestió del llarg termini. L’objectiu, per tant, és entendre que la gent jove (al voltant dels quaranta i menys) necessàriament viurà un canvi en l’estructura de la pensió de jubilació, i que aquest canvi passarà perquè cada vegada més els ciutadans es facin responsables de la seva vellesa, en comptes de deixar-ho en mans dels seus fills i néts, concloent, doncs, que l’actual sistema de pensions de jubilació no és sostenible –que no vol dir que desapareixerà la pensió

L’estudi que es presenta a continuació està basat en les dades de la farinera La Montserrat, una empresa gironina que va estar en funcionament de 1898, any de constitució, fins a 1936. La investigació que es portarà a terme es centra especialment en l’entrada de blats estrangers que la farinera La Montserrat adquireix pel port de Barcelona durant el període de 1920 a 1932, etapa de la qual es disposa el detall de les importacions. L’objectiu d’aquest estudi no ha estat solament destinat a una vessant quantitativa, és a dir, al valor del volum de compres sinó més a una vessant qualitativa, donant especial importància a les característiques de cada transacció. A més, un altre propòsit rellevant ha estat la comprovació que efectivament La Montserrat aplicava la normativa d’importacions de blat estranger vigent en aquella época

Es treballarà en una qüestió molt important en el món de l’empresa: la valoració de la mateixa, no només als efectes de transmissió, sinó, i simplement, per conèixer què pot valer en cada moment, ni que sigui per tal d’informar-ne als seus propietaris. Aquest projecte sorgeix de l’oportunitat de negoci d’una casa actualment en ruïnes situada a Palol de Revardit, en un entorn on hi predomina la naturalesa. L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és l’anàlisi de la viabilitat econòmica i financera d’una casa rural, entesa com a empresa dins del sector del turisme. D’aquesta manera, en un futur no massa llunyà, es pretén posar a la pràctica (amb petites oscil•lacions) cada punt d’aquest projecte empresarial. L’anàlisi del mercat permetrà tenir constància dels factors que podrien perjudicar l’activitat de la nova empresa, així com establir les estratègies adequades per evitar-los o minimitzar-los. Tanmateix, en l’estudi de mercat s’identificaran els factors que caldrà aprofitar per tal de reforçar i impulsar l’activitat empresarial, ja que suposaran una oportunitat per a aquesta.Mitjançant l’estudi de màrqueting s’analitzaran les diverses línies d’actuació que caldrà seguir per desenvolupar l’estratègia de comercialització més òptima i, conseqüentment, obtenir la major quota de mercat possible. Finalment, es realitzarà una anàlisi econòmica on es presentarà la metodologia i la previsió de resultats de l’empresa, en base a dos escenaris: un d’optimista i un de pessimista. D’aquesta manera, a través de les conclusions obtingudes es definirà el grau de viabilitat del present projecte empresarial

L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és veure i analitzar el comportament de la indústria alimentària davant de l’evident tendència saludable del mercat i comparar-ho amb el comportament dels consumidors a l’hora de comprar els productes. Per a l’elaboració del treball, primer es van estudiar les tendències de mercat, punts de venda, innovacions, llançaments i problemàtiques. En segon lloc, es van realizar enquestes a un públic divers, consumidors de diferents rangs d’edat per saber quin estil de vida porten i què valoren més a l’hora de realizar la compra. This study consists in the analysis of the financial statements of 12 businesses that have adopted a labour force adjustment plan over the last 10 years, in order to establish a widespread pattern of behaviour. The development of the financial ratios during the previous and subsequent years to the agreement has been observed to determine the effect of the plan on the business solvency and profitability. The study has started with a sample of 72 enterprises, which have been classified according to their sector. The selected companies represent the largest turnover businesses in each sector

Google and Zappos are two well-known successful models on how to run a company. In this study, we are willing to summarize which good practices they take in their recruitment process in order to attract talent with all sorts of tools including neuromarketing. We discover that there is a new trend that comprises the three determinants of a company, and that is the Human Resources Marketing and Recruiting area. With this being said, we research and carry and inductive analysis on Google and Zappos, and we find out that they have plenty common threads such as its culture as a core value, their hunting for great and valuable talent in contrast of filling faster a specific position to cover and their effort to have all the employees happy and rewarded by the company

La forma de producció dels serveis locals ha experimentat, en les últimes
dècades, canvis importants. La globalització, el creixement de la població, la complexitat tecnològica, la restricció de la despesa pública i l’increment de les demandes de la societat han anat acompanyats de canvis en les formes de prestar els serveis. No obstant això, aquest procés ha estat i és subjecte constant de debat social, econòmic, acadèmic i polític.
El present treball es marca com objectiu l’anàlisi quantitativa de com es presten els serveis obligatoris als municipis catalans (gestió directa, mancomunada, mixta, consorci o indirecta). D’aquests objectius es desprenen tota una sèrie d’hipòtesis. En primer terme, la major part dels serveis municipals obligatoris es duen a terme de manera internalitzada;
en segon terme, com es presten els serveis en els grups: obres i manteniment, serveis bàsics, protecció a les persones, oci i entreteniment i aquells serveis que no tenen grup, la prestació dels quals pots diferir i, finalment, el nivell d’externalització depèn del nombre d’habitants de cada municipi. Tot això s’analitza per a una àmplia mostra de municipis de Catalunya. Les dades s’extreuen del Portal Institucional del Ministeri d’Hisenda d’Espanya per a l’any 2018. Els principals resultats demostren, a grans trets, que la major part de serveis obligatoris es presten de manera directa en els municipis de la mostra. The way in which local services are produced has undergone important changes in recent decades. Globalization, population growth, technological complexity, the restriction of public spending and the increase in the demands of society have been accompanied by changes in the way services are provided. However, this process has been and is a constant subject of social, economic, academic and political debate. The present work aims to provide a quantitative analysis of how compulsory services are provided in Catalan municipalities (direct, joint, mixed, consortium or indirect management). From these objectives a whole series of hypotheses can be deduced. First, most mandatory municipal services are conducted internally; secondly, how the services are provided in groups: works and maintenance, basic services, protection of people, leisure and entertainment and those services that do not have a group, the provision of which may differ and, finally, the level of outsourcing depends on the number of inhabitants in each municipality. All this is analyzed for a wide range of municipalities in Catalonia. The data are extracted from the Institutional Portal of the Ministry of Finance of Spain for the year 2018. The main results show, in broad strokes, that most mandatory services are provided directly in the municipalities of the sample . The second majority form of management is joint management and, finally, indirect management. El màrqueting tradicional ha estat l’impulsor de les diverses estratègies que apliquen
les empreses a l’hora de vendre un producte o un servei. Tot i això, amb l’avanç de la
ciència, ha aparegut una branca del màrqueting anomenada neuromàrqueting. Aquest
concepte és molt recent, però ja és un element clau a l’hora de vendre en el
consumidor, ja que dona més fiabilitat que el màrqueting clàssic. A través d’unes eines
que mesuren l’activitat del cervell permeten conèixer i aplicar tècniques noves, les
quals inconscientment el consumidor cau en elles i ajuda a vendre més a les empreses.
El cas de les patates Lay’s n’és un exemple, el qual s’analitza i es comprova la seva
efectivitat

Background: In business contexts, there is a growing interest in intelligences other than the logical
mathematical one, such as Emotional Intelligence (EI) in working teams. The aim of this research is to
study the relationships between the EI, Team Cohesion (TC), and Team Performance (TP) constructs,
through a systematic review of the relevant literature.
Methodology: A bibliographic search was firstly carried out in the Web of Science, Scopus,
ProQuest and PUBMED databases including studies based on evaluating the relationship between EI, TC
and TP. Only scientific articles were included.
Results: Only five studies were found. They had different objectives but linked the results of EI
and TC with TP constructs. Two of them worked with leaders EI and three with group EI. Other mediators
and moderators were included in the collected studies.
Conclusions: All the studies have found significant relationships between the three concepts.
Nevertheless, different mediators have been used in the research. Higher quality studies must be done to
corroborate the effect of EI and TC on TP

This article classifies petrol retail companies in Spain based on their financial ratios using
the compositional data analysis (CoDA) methodology. This methodology solves the most common
distributional problems encountered in the statistical analysis of financial ratios. The main purpose
of this article is to show that with the CoDA methodology, accounting figures presenting low values
can have a disproportional influence on classification. This problem can be attenuated by applying
weighted CoDA, which is a novelty in the financial statement analysis field. The suggested weight of
each accounting figure is proportional to its arithmetic mean. The results of Ward clustering show that
after weighting, the contributions of the accounting figures to the total variance and to the clustering
solution are more balanced, and the clusters are more interpretable. Four distinct financial profiles
are identified and related to non-financial variables. Only one of the profiles represents companies
in financial distress, with low turnover, low return on assets, high indebtedness, and low liquidity.

Durant el transcurs dels segles, de forma històrica i cultural s’han anat perpetuant un conjunt d’idees estereotipades que han relacionat a les dones i als homes amb certs comportaments. Aquests estereotips ens han explicat a dones i homes com hem de desenvolupar el nostre paper a la feina, a la família i a l’espai públic, així com la forma en la que hem de relacionar-nos entre nosaltres.
Si bé és cert que sempre s’ha relacionat la figura del líder amb les característiques pròpies de l’estereotip de gènere masculí; fortalesa emocional, objectivitat, seguretat, duresa, autoritat... en els últims anys sembla que les característiques atribuïdes a les dones i que abans eren menyspreades en l’àmbit empresarial, ara es revaloritzen i es valora el tipus de lideratge exercit per elles; més col·laboratiu, centrat en les relacions, més inclusiu, democràtic...però realment existeix un tipus de lideratge femení i masculí?
Over the course of the centuries, historically and culturally, a set of stereotypical ideas have been perpetuated that have linked women and men with certain behaviors. These stereotypes have told us women and men how we should develop our role at work, in the family and in the public space, as well as the way in which we should relate to each other.
Although it is true that the figure of the leader has always been associated with the characteristics of the male gender stereotype; emotional strength, objectivity, security, toughness, authority... in recent years it seems that the characteristics attributed to women and which were previously despised in the business field, are now revalued and the type of leadership exercised by them is valued; more collaborative, relationship-focused, more inclusive, democratic...but is there really a type of female and male leadership?

L’any 1943, Ingvar Kamprad va fundar IKEA a Älmhult, Suècia. Un petit negoci que es
dedicava a la venda d’articles com bolígrafs i carteres s’ha convertit en el líder mundial
en la venda de mobles i accessoris de decoració per a la llar, iniciant la revolució dels
paquets plans. Aquestes són les arrels d’aquesta multinacional que, avui dia, és present
en 55 països i compta amb aproximadament 500 botigues arreu del món.
En aquest treball s’analitzarà la multinacional IKEA i les seves estratègies de
màrqueting, amb la finalitat de conèixer les decisions que pren aquesta empresa per
aconseguir ser competitiva a escala global. Finalment, es plantejaran algunes propostes
de millora en aquelles polítiques on presenti alguna debilitat
In 1943, Ingvar Kamprad founded IKEA in Älmhult, Sweden. A small business that was
dedicated to selling items such as pens and wallets has become a world leader in the
sale of furniture and home furnishings, starting the flat-pack revolution. These are the
roots of this multinational that today is present in 55 countries and has approximately
500 stores worldwide.
This project will analyse the multinational company IKEA and its marketing strategies, in
order to know the decisions taken by this company to be competitive at a global level.
Finally, some proposals for improvement in those policies in which it presents some
weaknesses will be proposed

Una anàlisi de les marques Vichy Catalan i San Narciso ha permès concloure que, tot i el
possible origen comú de les dues aigües, la divergència entre el volum de facturació
corresponent i la seva posició de mercat pot ser degut a l’estratègia de màrqueting escollida
per San Narciso. És per aquest motiu que s’ha proposat un pla de màrqueting per a l’empresa

An analysis of the brands Vichy Catalan and San Narciso has led to the conclusion that,
despite the possible common origin of the two waters, the divergence between their turnover
